Hi, I’m Jamie! I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for 9 years and one of my most favorite things to do is help you
simplify healthy cooking.

I don't eat meat- are the ingredients easy to swap with vegetarian options?

Yes! Each week of new recipes has 1 vegetarian and 1 seafood option, and then the other 3 recipes all have notes for how to make it vegetarian.

How much does each recipe make?

Each recipe makes a minimum of 4 servings. Many of the recipes make more than that, so they’re great for using for meal prep or having leftovers for other meals!

What's the refund policy?
